Claressa Millsap and Martha Lofquist launched Pathway Design Group in January 2018 with a simple, but profound idea at its core – that organizations flourish and succeed when they tap into their best resource – people. PDG is a human capital consulting firm that is dedicated to building a productive relationship with clients and working to achieve their goals, from effective onboarding and orientation for new hires to in-depth team development.

Control Yours designed PDG’s website and built their client interview tool. This innovative feature walks PDG’s clients through the interview process with prospective candidates, allowing them to save and revist entries as needed. Using PDG’s logo and branding guide, our team created a signature design for their website. We wanted to give them a site that signaled professionalism, but also the friendly, welcoming vibe of their company. Control Yours developed this design with access to multiple platforms in mind – links to social media accounts and PDG’s email newsletter ensure that current and prospective clients have updates and information about PDG’s services at their fingertips.
