The Project
Computer Hardware Inc. has been a staple in Nebraska’s tech landscape since 1980, but their education division needed a digital home that reflected their standing as a premier partner for K-12 and higher education institutions. Their existing site needed a modern overhaul to better showcase their specialized classroom solutions—ranging from interactive panels and Chromebooks to e-sports setups—while maintaining the local, family-owned feel their Nebraska clients trust.
The Strategy
Our team worked closely with the Computer Hardware group to create a site that balances technical authority with educational accessibility. To do this, our designer developed a unique visual language specifically for the education and tech sectors. We focused on a clean, grid-based layout that allows educators to easily browse solutions like Newline Interactive Panels and Epson Projectors, while ensuring the “Service Request” and “E-Rate” resources remained front and center for busy IT directors.
The Result
The redesigned CHI Education site is a high-performance resource that serves as both a product catalog and a service hub. By incorporating custom tech-focused designs, we helped Computer Hardware Inc. solidify its position as Nebraska’s leader in educational technology. The final result is a professional, user-friendly platform that makes finding classroom solutions simple, fast, and local.
