Custom business tools for your work.

Every business has work that weighs you down.

Data scattered across three different places. Reports built from scratch every month. Applications piling up faster than anyone can review them. Numbers crunched by hand when they could be calculated in seconds. Paperwork that fills your afternoon when it could have taken minutes.

That’s the work these tools are built for. They gather, organize, sort, analyze, and prepare—so that when it’s time for the work that actually needs you—the thinking, the deciding, the building, the serving—you’ve got everything you need, right when you need it.

We build these tools custom, right here in Kearney, around how your business actually operates.

We built these for ourselves first.

Here’s what happened.

Before we offered this to anyone else, we built these tools for our own team. We wanted to see for ourselves what was possible.

The search for a simpler, more effective way.

The first thing we built pulled data from three separate services we were managing independently—each with its own login, its own reports, its own way of doing things—and brought it all together into one place. Organized. Clear. Ready to act on. What used to take hours of gathering, cross-referencing, and sense-making started happening in moments.

Smarter visibility for a smarter process.

Then the AI started surfacing things we might have missed—patterns in the data, meaningful considerations, potential issues worth looking at. Not making decisions for us. Just putting the right information in front of us at the right time, so we could make better decisions ourselves.

A list widget showing organized rows of information.
A dashboard widget with a line chart, ring chart, and bar chart.
A statistics widget displaying a column bar chart.

The mental load dropped. Our accuracy improved.

We walked into client conversations better prepared and more present. And the work—the real work, the kind that requires thought and judgment and care—started feeling good again. Not like a grind. Like something we chose.

That’s what we’d like to help you experience.

What kind of tools can we build?

Almost anything your business does repeatedly—gathering, sorting, calculating, organizing, analyzing, preparing—a custom tool can do it well, and often do it better.

Gathering & Organizing

These tools take information from multiple places and bring it together into one clear, usable view.

  • A unified business dashboard that pulls data from your accounting software, your project management system, your CRM, and your time-tracking tool into a single screen—so you can see the health of your operation at a glance.
  • A daily briefing tool that gathers overnight orders, new inquiries, schedule changes, and key metrics and presents a concise summary first thing every morning.
  • A client preparation tool that compiles everything you know about a client—past orders, communications, billing history, notes—into one organized brief before a meeting.

Screening & Sorting

These tools review, evaluate, and prioritize—so your time goes toward the things that genuinely need your attention.

  • A job application screener that reads every submission, evaluates candidates against your defined qualifications, and surfaces the strongest fits at the top.
  • A document compliance checker that reviews submitted forms against your requirements and highlights what’s missing or incorrect—before a human being has to read every page.
  • A lead qualification tool that reviews incoming inquiries and flags the ones most likely to become good customers based on criteria you set.

Calculating & Estimating

These tools do the math—quickly, accurately, and consistently—so your team doesn’t have to.

  • A project cost estimator that takes job details—square footage, materials, labor rates, complexity—and produces a detailed ballpark estimate in seconds.
  • A catering or event cost builder that takes guest count, menu selections, and venue details and produces an itemized estimate—polished, professional, and accurate.
  • A custom quoting tool for any business that gives quotes regularly—one that knows your rates, materials, and variables—and assembles a clean estimate every time.

Analyzing & Reporting

These tools take raw data and turn it into something you can actually understand and act on.

  • A monthly performance report builder that pulls your numbers and generates a plain-English summary with trends and observations, ready for your Monday morning meeting.
  • A financial trend analyzer that surfaces patterns—rising costs, declining margins, seasonal shifts—in a way that’s clear enough to act on without being an accountant.
  • A staff utilization tracker that shows where people are stretched thin, where there’s capacity, and where the bottlenecks are.

Preparing & Drafting

These tools take information you already have and shape it into something polished and ready to use.

  • A proposal drafting tool that assembles a professional, well-written proposal from your project notes and pricing—ready for your review.
  • A compliance report assembler that compiles documentation and certifications into the format your regulatory body requires—so you’re not scrambling before a deadline.
  • A meeting preparation brief that pulls together relevant data, notes, and background—so you walk in informed and ready.

Monitoring & Maintaining

These tools keep a quiet, steady eye on things—so nothing slips through the cracks.

  • An equipment maintenance scheduler that tracks service intervals and alerts you when something is due—before it becomes a breakdown.
  • A license and certification tracker that monitors expiration dates and gives you plenty of notice before anything lapses.
  • A budget watchdog that monitors spending against your planned budget and flags when you’re trending over.

What would this look like for my business?

Every business is different. But here are a few “what if” possibilities that might change how you think about yours.

For a brewery or restaurant:

  • What if a tool could read last month’s sales and tell you which menu items are costing you money?
  • What if tonight’s specials were suggested based on what’s about to expire in your walk-in?
  • What if every job application was read, scored, and ranked before your manager’s coffee got cold?

For a medical clinic or lab:

  • What if patient intake forms were summarized and flagged before the visit even started?
  • What if lab results were cross-checked against history and patterns surfaced automatically?
  • What if your scheduling tool spotted gaps and prompted reminders without anyone asking?

For a law firm or financial advisor:

  • What if client documents were organized, indexed, and searchable the moment they came in?
  • What if a tool prepared a client brief for every meeting—past matters, key dates, open items?
  • What if quarterly review packets practically wrote themselves from your existing data?

For a retail or e-commerce business:

  • What if inventory low-stock alerts came with a recommended re-order quantity already calculated?
  • What if customer questions were grouped by topic and ranked by urgency every morning?
  • What if your daily numbers landed in your inbox already explained, not just listed?

For a contractor or trades business:

  • What if every estimate request was pre-filled with last year’s pricing and scope notes?
  • What if job-site photos were automatically logged, dated, and tied to the right project?
  • What if a tool tracked which jobs were profitable and which were not—in plain language?

For a transportation or logistics company:

  • What if dispatching looked at driver hours, location, and load history before suggesting a route?
  • What if a tool spotted maintenance patterns before they became breakdowns?
  • What if invoicing pulled from BOLs, scale tickets, and timestamps automatically?

For an agricultural operation:

  • What if weather, soil, and yield data were summarized into a daily field briefing?
  • What if your equipment hours and service history were tracked without a clipboard?
  • What if commodity pricing windows were flagged the moment they hit your targets?

For a non-profit organization:

  • What if donor history was organized into a clear story for every thank-you call?
  • What if grant deadlines and reporting requirements surfaced themselves on a single board?
  • What if volunteer scheduling matched skills, availability, and past involvement automatically?

For a real estate office:

  • What if every new listing came with a market comparison ready before the photos were uploaded?
  • What if buyer activity across your listings was rolled up into a weekly debrief?
  • What if showing feedback turned into a coaching summary for the next listing meeting?

For a plumber, electrician, or lawn care company:

  • What if service histories pulled up automatically when a customer called—no looking?
  • What if route planning factored in equipment, materials, and travel time without you doing it?
  • What if seasonal reminders went out before customers even thought to call?

For a service-based business with recurring clients:

  • What if every monthly check-in was prepped with what changed, what’s next, and what to ask?
  • What if renewals and contract dates surfaced themselves a month ahead, with context?
  • What if your team walked into every meeting already up to speed—without rereading anything?

This isn’t something you buy off the shelf.

Most tools on the market are built for the masses—which means they fit everybody a little and nobody quite right. They don’t know your products, your data, your processes, or your standards.

What we build is different. Every tool is designed around your business, from the ground up. Your rules. Your data sources. Your workflows. Your way of doing things. There’s nothing generic about it.

And because we’ve spent nineteen years building and managing websites for businesses right here in this area, we understand how to make these tools feel like a natural part of your operation—not something bolted on from the outside.

They’ll do everything they can to make my dreams and goals a reality but also aren’t afraid to say, “Yeah…I don’t think that’s a good idea because…but here’s what we can do instead.” I appreciate their ability to work within my deadline, and everyone on their team is so genuinely kind and caring. Cannot recommend Control Yours enough!

Something bigger on your mind?

If your business needs more than seven tools, has particular requirements, or you’d simply like to sit down and explore what’s possible—we’d welcome that conversation.

Your data stays yours.

We understand you might have questions about security—especially when it comes to tools that work with your business data. Here’s what you should know, in plain terms.

Where will my tools live?
Every tool we build is hosted on infrastructure that holds SOC 2 Type 2 certification (the gold standard for data security), ISO 27001 certification (an internationally recognized security standard), and automatic encryption for all data in transit. The same infrastructure trusted by some of the largest companies in the world.
How does AI handle my data?
We use enterprise-grade AI providers under business agreements that prohibit training on your data. Inputs and outputs are not used to improve any model, and access is scoped to your tool’s purpose only.
How safe is my data with you?
Access is restricted to the small Control Yours team that supports your tool. We follow least-privilege access, log changes, and back up regularly. If you ever leave, your data leaves with you.
How do you manage my tools?
We monitor every tool we build, push updates as needed, and stay on call when something looks off. You don’t need to learn a new admin interface—just call us.
